The US's fitness level was best shown in the last 15 minute.
La Roja's performance versus the USA
La Roja was astonished by their performance against the United States. The U.S. WNT was unbeaten in eight competitive matches and had never conceded a goal. They outscored their opponents 44-0. Despite their impressive goal-scoring record, the Spaniards are stronger. They are a dangerous side that can exert pressure on the inexperienced U.S. goalkeeper. Their last two goals, both of which were scored by Megan Rapinoe, have been frustrating for La Roja.
They formed them against South Africa

South Africa was unable to counterattack because the midfield was very compact. Sweden beat Germany 2-1 to reach the quarter-finals of 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. Sweden has been placed in the final. The final will take place at Wembley against either France oder Germany. The Swedish team used its athleticism to defeat Germany's backline and won the game with their goal in the 48th. Sweden won the European Championships 1984 with penalties. The country hopes to repeat the feat in Wembley.
Their knockout match against Germany
The Spaniards look in excellent form after Alexia Putellas's injury. Germany also won their last game and has been a consistent force in the tournament. The hosts are still in excellent form and will be hoping to qualify for the knockout round. Germany, however, has lost Marie-Antoinette Katoto due to injury and France have been struggling to find their feet this tournament.
